Cookie & Storage Policy
Short version: this app uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. It stores only a few small items in your browser that are needed for it to work at all. This page lists exactly what they are. It covers this app specifically — the runtosip.com store (hosted on Shopify) has its own cookie policy.
1. Do we use cookies?
No traditional cookies. This app does not set any browser cookies of its own. Instead it uses your browser's local storage — a similar mechanism — for a small number of strictly-necessary and functional items, listed below. None of them are shared with anyone or used to follow you around the web.
2. What we store, and why

A small number of club administrators have their own equivalent session and theme storage. These are only ever created for logged-in administrators, never for members.
3. Your choice, and the legal basis
When you first visit, you can accept all storage, keep to necessary only, or open Manage to switch the functional item (theme + language) on or off individually. Declining functional storage doesn't break anything — the dashboard still works, it just won't remember your theme or language choice on your next visit. The strictly-necessary session storage cannot be turned off, because the app cannot keep you signed in without it.
Under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC), as transposed into Romanian law by Legea nr. 506/2004 (as amended by OUG nr. 13/2012, approved by Legea nr. 189/2012), storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for does not legally require prior consent — that covers the session item above. We ask anyway for the functional items, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's local storage in your browser settings, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
4. Third-party storage
The one external component is Telegram's login widget, which loads from telegram.org only on the login screen so you can sign in with your Telegram account. Telegram may set its own storage as part of that sign-in, under its own control and its own privacy policy — it is a separate data controller. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising script.
5. Changing your mind
To change your consent choice, clear this app's local storage from your browser's settings (usually under "clear site data" or "cookies and site data") — the banner will reappear on your next visit. Doing so also logs you out and forgets your theme and language, which the app will recreate once you choose again.
